I want to wish you a happy and safe thanksgiving. This is truly a wonderful time of year as we anticipate gathering with family and friends to celebrate the incredible blessings God has bestowed on our lives. As Americans we have been blessed with living in the greatest of nations. The bounty we enjoy is beyond compare throughout the world.
I am particularly grateful for the Service Members and their families who make tremendous sacrifices to serve our nation. I am also grateful to be part of a ministry that is leading the way to better address the needs of the Indiana military community. And probably most of all, I am grateful to be blessed with a faithful and loving wife who is the best “battle buddy” I could have ever imagined to help raise four wonderful children into becoming inspiring leaders that will one day soon help change the world.
I encourage you to make a commitment this year, to adopt an attitude of being thankful, because if you do, you can expect a life filled with more joy, optimism, and hope for the future.
My prayer for you is that God will fill your heart and home with great joy and praise! May your faith increase and may you see your prayers answered as you declare God’s love and glory to a watching world. God bless you!
